Return Process

  Log in to your Nas-Uk account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back into its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and internal padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the shipping carton, obscuring any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
